Returns & Refunds Policy & Reporting Shortages
We want you to be fully satisfied with our service, we’ll refund a product or order if you’re not completely happy with it or may have been ordered in error, we know mistakes happen.
This is subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy & Shortages Process as detailed below.
You can return a Product for any reason provided that:
- You notify us of your desire to return the Product WITHIN 14 days of receipt EXCEPT Pharmacy products must be returned WITHIN 5 days and;
- The Product is in resalable condition - it needs to still be in its original unopened packaging unmarked
- The product was not sold on the basis of being non-returnable, such as special, cold Pharmacy lines or bespoke items (unless there is a proven fault or it has not met the agreed specification)
- Understandably, due to health and safety reasons we’re unable to offer refunds on certain medical products (including PPE), food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee and water.
If the terms of condition listed above apply then we will contact you with a returns number and we will arrange for collection at our cost.
To return a product, you’ll need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value.Once the Products are returned and have been inspected to check that they are in a resalable condition we will then process the refund and a credit note issued if you have a credit account with us.
The credit will be in respect of the price of the Product, although we reserve the right to pass on any fee commensurate with reasonable third party charges imposed upon us. If this applies you will be notifed of this at the time the return is requested.
We are unable to refund the original delivery charge of the returned product (if applicable).
The credit will made be as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the product being returned.
Please check your delivery carefully after receipt, any damages or shortages must be notified as soon as possible but in any event within 3 working days of receipt else it may be rejected.
